The Simple Syllabus platform is proactively monitored 24/7/365 and leverages early warning systems to prevent support issues before they even happen. Our Client Services team can be easily reached from within the application, through email, or by phone Monday through Friday from 8 am – 7 pm ET. Just want to talk through a few ideas or strategize? Meet up with any of our Solution Consultants virtually during their office hours. 

The Simple Hub

The Simple Hub is your home for all things Simple Syllabus. Watch videos, use tutorials, read about the latest enhancements, or participate in training activities at your own pace. Whether it’s your first time working with the tool or you’re a seasoned verteran, the Simple Hub has something for everyone and is always evolving with new content generated by the Client Services team.

Quarterly Webinars

Join live, interactive training webinars every quarter to brush up on your skills. Designed to help institutions onboard new staff and address employee turnover over time, the quarterly webinars cover all topics your team went through during the initial project roll out. The meeting format provides an excellent opportunity to not only get hands on experience using the tool, but ask questions unique to your institution.

Self Service Training Courses

Like to learn at your own pace? Consider yourself an introvert? Simple Syllabus training is available in multiple modalities including an online self service course provided through the Canvas Learning Management System. Navigate the classes, 10 modules consisting of educational content, interactive assignments, quizzes and more as you become completely proficient in the Simple Syllabus platform as an administrator.
